On October 1, 2015 the Department amended the laws governing the previous List of Free Authorized Solutions Vendors at 8 C.File.R. § 1003.sixty one et seq. The amendments renamed the Checklist as being the “Listing of Professional Bono Authorized Provider Companies” and noticeably revised the requirements for vendors to become put on the List.
